Terms of service
Last updated: September 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KAZUL's automation and website services ("Services"). By purchasing a plan or otherwise engaging KAZUL, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
KAZUL builds and maintains AI chatbots, messaging automation, booking/CRM systems, and websites for businesses, according to the plan you select (Starter, Web Presence, Growth, or Elite). Exact deliverables are agreed with you before work begins and may be refined during onboarding.
2. Billing
Plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize KAZUL to charge your chosen payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are as listed at the time of purchase and may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and any access (accounts, platforms, brand assets) reasonably needed for KAZUL to deliver the Services. Delays in providing this may delay delivery.
4. Ownership
Once a billing period is paid in full, the automations, integrations, and website work delivered during that period belong to you. KAZUL retains the right to reuse general methods, non-confidential techniques, and know-how developed while delivering the Services.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information shared during the engagement private, and not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the Services.
6. No Guarantee of Results
While KAZUL works to build effective automations, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a particular increase in leads or sales), as these depend on factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KAZUL's liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid in the billing period the claim relates to. KAZUL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time. See our Refund Policy for how billing is handled on cancellation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to kazulautomation@gmail.com.
Note: This is a standard starting template, not legal advice. Given you're handling recurring payments and client data, it's worth having a lawyer review this before relying on it — especially the liability and ownership sections.
